Our breakfast enjoys a mix of service and self-service: at our buffet you will find a wide variety of delicious portions in small containers and jars. Fresh egg dishes are served à la carte directly at your table.

Exceptional quality? That’s a matter of honour for us! For selected products we rely on producers from the region: the eggs come from Eierhof Lorson, the cold cuts from the Scherer butcher shop in Dillingen. According to the gourmet magazine “Der Feinschmecker”, it is one of the best in Germany.

For baked goods we trust Brot & Sinne and the products of Bäckerei Welling. The baguette comes from Pains & Tradition, where the slow-baking tradition is followed, with a slow, natural fermentation process. Not to forget: our PASTIS house bread! And the sweet treats from our own patisserie complement the selection freshly every day.
