Our breakfast enjoys a mix of service and self-service: at our buffet, you will find a wide variety of delicious portions in small containers and jars. Fresh egg dishes are served à la carte directly at your table.

Exceptional quality? That’s a matter of honor for us! For example, our cold cuts come from the Scherer butcher shop in Dillingen – according to the gourmet magazine “Der Feinschmecker,” it is one of the best in Germany.

For baked goods, we trust the expertise of Bäckerei Welling, and the breakfast baguette comes from Pains & Tradition. Here, the slow baking tradition is followed, focusing on a slow, natural fermentation process. Not to forget: our own PASTIS house bread and the sweet treats from our own patisserie complement the fresh selection daily.
